Wedding team work

One of the things I value most in wedding photography is having a team that truly works together.

A photographer, makeup artist, florist and videographer may each have a different role, but when everyone understands the vision and respects each other’s work, the whole day feels completely different.

Working with our makeup artist was effortless. The makeup and hair were not only beautifully done, but also designed with photography and lighting in mind. Everything stayed flawless through different locations, movement and a long wedding day. We were perfectly in sync with the timing, so the bride could enjoy her morning without rushing or unnecessary stress.

Our florist created the most beautiful atmosphere. The bouquet and floral details complemented the makeup, styling and overall visual concept instead of competing with them. The colours, textures and proportions were carefully considered so that the flowers looked beautiful both in real life and in photographs.

And having a videographer who understands the rhythm of photography makes such a difference too. We can move around each other naturally, anticipate important moments and give each other space to create without getting in the way.

For me, this kind of teamwork is a huge part of creating beautiful wedding memories. When everyone knows what they are doing, communicates well and understands the same aesthetic, the bride doesn’t have to coordinate five different people herself.

She can simply relax and enjoy her day.

And that, to me, is exactly how it should be.
